Data sources · 2026 preview
What is real, what is estimated, and what is excluded.
RipLeague separates dated roster and schedule facts, estimated projections, physical-card registry research, artwork provenance, and public-display authority.
Snapshot scope
- As of
- July 22, 2026
- Season
- 2026 upcoming professional football schedule
- Supported fantasy positions
- 908 current QB, RB, WR, and TE roster entries
- Teams and schedule
- 32 teams and 272 regular-season games
The dated snapshot is frozen for the preseason build so roster identity, schedule references, and projection inputs stay consistent across every mode.
Projection method
Projections are estimates, not results. The baseline uses 2025 actual regular-season production. A 2026 rookie without an NFL sample uses a 2025 rookie peer median by position and draft-capital bucket; another no-sample player uses a position baseline adjusted for current roster status. Each fallback records its basis and peer-sample size rather than inventing a 2026 performance.
- Projection inputs and fallback reasons remain auditable.
- Collector tier, grade, condition, serial number, market value, and artwork never change projection, salary, score, tiebreaks, or lock time.
- A projection is never labeled as a completed or live 2026 result.
Casual player representation
Every player has a deterministic original RipLeague fallback. The current deployment is Original Only, so player and team names plus team-color accents identify roster records without a third-party image.
- No player photograph, headshot, facial or body likeness, signature, or voice.
- No uniform, jersey design, league logo, team logo, or copied official mark.
- No team-specific layout or logo-shaped color treatment.
- Changing or disabling artwork never changes player identity, roster ownership, lineups, matchups, projections, or scores.
Rights and affiliation
RipLeague is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any league, team, player, players association, or data provider. The absence of photos and logos is a product boundary, not a claim that names, team references, colors, or sports data require no rights review.
Physical-card identity, image provenance, and public-display authority are separate records. A researched card fact does not imply possession of its image or permission to display it. Missing, disputed, expired, revoked, restricted, or takedown-pending rights metadata fails closed to original artwork.
